Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail within 3 - 5 working days.
For Next Day Delivery please add
an extra £5.00
Returns & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return your order you may do so simply by sending the goods back to us within 14 days of
receipt of your order, for a full refund or exchange (less postage). Items must be unworn, clean and in original packaging
so as to be resaleable.
You will receive your refund
or exchange order (when in stock) within 2-3 weeks of receipt.
When your item/s are deemed to be faulty, refunds will be offered at the discretion of management of Kernow Equestrian.
In this instance, we would advise customers to let us know your intentions by telephone, letter or e-mail.
If you return items to us for any reason you will have to meet the postal
or other costs that you incur in doing so yourself. When sending a return, we recommend that you send it recorded delivery,
and keep proof of postage.
Any exchanges due to size
will carry an extra delivery charge. Please call for size advice.
Made-to-measure policy
We will only
refund on made-to-measure items when the garment is deemed faulty.
If the fit is questionable, we offer a full alteration
service.
All worn items must be
machine washed!
Any items returned soiled will be washed at the customer's expense.
